• If you make a mistake in choosing the format (for example, a square photo in a landscape format), we will contact you before creating the kit to make the necessary adjustments 📲✉️
• Please ensure your phone number and email address are entered correctly at checkout to facilitate communication.
• Regardless of your photo's orientation (portrait or landscape), it will be automatically adjusted based on the chosen format to ensure an optimal rendering.

• 📐 Why we have removed small sizes for customization:
  Our main goal is for you to be fully satisfied with the final result. Small canvases do not allow for the detailed reproduction of your photo's nuances: faces become blurry, contrasts diminish, and the rendering loses its charm.

💎 Local manufacturing in Montreal

All our kits are produced in our workshop in Montreal. Production time is 2 to 4 business days, then shipping is done quickly via our partners (Canada Post, Chit Chats, UPS, etc.).

📦 Each kit includes:

• A high-quality adhesive canvas with legend (symbols, letters, and numbers)
• Diamond sachets with 15 to 20% extra (perfect for the clumsy 😉)
• A complete tool kit: pen, wax, sturdy tweezers, and a multi-placer tip (up to 9 diamonds at a time)
• Clear and easy-to-follow instructions

📏 How to choose the right size?

The larger the canvas, the more visible the details. For faces or complex photos, opt for 40x50 cm or more.

🎭 Mystery or Classic? Which mode is for you?

Classic mode allows you to see the image on the canvas. Mystery mode hides the pattern for a surprising and fun experience.
